Perth (Year 2012) - Day 1: Fremantle

We reached Perth International Airport very early in the morning. It's very very cold outside even it's not windy. Our friend pick us up and we head to Hungry Jack's for an early breakfast since there's no other shops opening at that time.

Hungry Jack's is a franchise of Burger King operated in Australia. Nothing special, they are selling the similar items like other fast food restaurants.

Then we headed to our friends' house to have a rest before we depart to Fremantle, our first destination of our trip.

Look at this cute little guy, its name is Muffin, belongs to our friend. So hyper-active and friendly.

Fremantle is a city in Western Australia, located at the mouth of the Swan River. It's a distance away from the Perth City. Some of the must visit in Fremantle include Fishing Boat Harbour, Fremantle Markets, Fremantle Prison, Maritime Museum and The Round House.

We had a walk at the beach before we visit the attractions of Fremantle. Such a beautiful beach! Blue sky, blue sea... I love it!

Let me tell you something about the weather here. It is very very cold in the morning but when the sun rise and near to noon, it's going to be hot, and again when it comes to evening, the weather turns cold again. This is Spring in Perth.

We had a morning tea after a walk at the beach. Our friends just simply pick one cafe.

Here's the main entrance of the Fremantle market. Oh, I love this market. It is so big and everything were arranged neatly at every stall. You can buy some snacks to eat too while "shopping" in the market.

This is the entrance of the Fremantle's Prison. Nothing much to show you. You can see the layout of the prison and there's a mini museum displaying the old age items from the prison.

This was taken at The Round House.  From here you can have a nice sea view.

The end of the tour for Day 1. :)
